Our Values and Mission:
Midas Recruiting conducts business with honesty, integrity, professionalism and timely follow-through. We are available 24/7 via phone or email, and we return all voice-mail messages promptly ... usually the same day. Our goal is to be as responsive as humanly possible to everyone we come in contact with, and to deliver world-class, top-notch customer service to both our clients and our candidates. We try to be very selective about whom we choose to work with, and we do not make promises we can’t keep. Our mission is to deliver the best talent to the best companies.

Our Fees:
Midas Recruiting is a Contingency Search Firm. Our fees are paid by our client companies if, and only if a candidate we represent is hired. What that means is that there is no risk to our clients ... we do not ask for money up front, and are highly motivated to deliver top quality candidates that fit the needs of our clients. Our fee agreements include a guarantee. Because we keep our overhead costs low, our fees are well below most of our competitors.

Our Business Process With Clients:
In the initial information-gathering phase of a new job order, we strive to get the deepest possible understanding of our client’s job description, the specific needs of the hiring manager, the culture of the company, and many, many more details related to the position we are trying to fill. We spend a great deal of time gathering this intelligence from our clients before reaching out to our candidate talent pool. Our best recruiting efforts happen when we are armed with as much information as possible, in order to paint a realistic picture of our client’s opening. We understand that when we speak to potential candidates, we are acting as an extension of our client during every phase of the recruiting process. As such, we want to make sure we are armed with the best information and “selling points” - to be able to tell a compelling story and then attract the best candidates.

Our Recruiting Process With Candidates:
After receiving detailed information regarding a current opening, we research, identify, recruit and screen potential candidates - often over 100 people per search. We then select the top candidates to interview, check references for, and finally present to our clients. We use multiple creative sourcing methods to identify those candidates: everything from personal networking, referrals, “head-hunting” our client’s competitors, to advanced internet searches and the extensive use of social networking sites. We make a LOT of phone calls! We are sales recruiting SPECIALISTS ... we do not work on any non-sales related openings. Every day we concentrate on recruiting high caliber Sales Professionals. We spend 100% of our time identifying and rating sales talent, and we are experts at it. When we contact a new candidate, we realize that we are usually that person’s first exposure to our client’s company. We strive to have that first contact create the best and most lasting, positive first impression of that company.
